1. Overview and Authority

By registering your organization with NextAutomate Automated Pension Aggregator (APA), you affirm that you have the corporate authority to act on behalf of your entity to onboard members and remit pension contributions in accordance with the Pension Reform Act (PRA) and PenCom regulations.

2. Member Data and Accuracy

The Partner agrees that all member biodata (including National Identity Numbers, phone numbers, and RSA details) supplied during onboarding or bulk upload is accurate and provided with the lawful consent of the individual contributors.

3. Remittance & Custody

All contributions collected through the platform are strictly routed through licensed Pension Fund Custodians (PFCs) and credited towards the verified RSA accounts of registered contributors under accredited Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs).

4. Compliance & Anti-Fraud

Partners must maintain rigorous security measures and immediately report any suspected compromise of login credentials or unauthorized registration attempts.

1. Collection of Data

We process organizational registration details (CAC RC Number, Tax ID, authorized representative contacts) and contributor information for the sole purpose of pension aggregation and regulatory compliance.

2. Data Security

NextAutomate implements bank-grade encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) to safeguard all records. Data is retained and managed strictly in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

3. Third-Party Sharing

Information is shared exclusively with accredited Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs), designated Pension Fund Custodians (PFCs), and the National Pension Commission (PenCom) to satisfy statutory obligations.
